Governance & Independence
The Formula of Success Award operates under a structured governance model designed to protect fairness, credibility, and impartiality. Evaluation is conducted independently of sponsorship, partnership, and promotional activity. Judges and expert reviewers operate autonomously from the organizing body in all matters related to assessment and selection.
Evaluation Integrity
All evaluations are conducted independently, confidentially, and on a merit-based basis. No external influence affects the review process. Nominations are assessed according to category relevance, demonstrated achievement, measurable impact, and overall distinction within the field.
Ethical Standards
Any attempt to influence, manipulate, or misrepresent results may result in immediate disqualification. The award upholds high standards of professional ethics, accuracy, fairness, and responsible conduct throughout the nomination and evaluation process.
Recognition
Recognition is awarded solely on the basis of verified achievement, professional merit, and category-level excellence. Winners and honorees receive official recognition, visibility through award platforms, and inclusion in the Formula of Success network and communications. The award may withhold recognition in categories where the required standard is not met.
Disqualification
Nominations may be disqualified in cases of false claims, misrepresentation, plagiarism, unethical conduct, or attempts to interfere with the evaluation process. The organizing body reserves the right to remove any submission that does not comply with award principles, category standards, or verification requirements.
